National Graphene Institute

Drawing on Ramboll’s extensive experience in research and science laboratories, we were able to create clean rooms and laboratories that will accommodate sophisticated research equipment, which have both extremely low-vibration and non-magnetic requirements, made extraordinarily challenging with the £14.5m of services equipment. Tennison Road Bridge

The largest bridge replacement project over the rail network in the UK’s South East region in a decade, this project demonstrated that it is possible to keep trains running and passengers travelling whilst a new bridge is being launched into position. It involved innovative design approaches, technology and engineering expertise, and a collaborative and proactive approach by all parties.

Mayfield School

Crome Court

Crome Court at the University of East Anglia, designed by Ramboll and LSI Architects, is a multi-storey buildings constructed from cross-laminated timber. Crome Court is new student accommodation at the University of East Anglia (UEA) in Norwich and forms part of a £58 million redevelopment of the campus. The 231-residence building is eight storeys high, making it one of the tallest CLT structures in the world.
