At Ramboll, new graduates in all disciplines work with the industry's top clients and designers. We offer competitive salaries and benefits, a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere and potential for rapid career progression.
We are committed to selecting the best graduate engineers at each new intake, and to offering projects and tasks that graduates can be proud to work on, an office environment that encourages development, opportunities for people to get the best out of themselves, and a welcoming and enjoyable social scene in and outside the office.
As an award-winning employer, we place great emphasis on training, which is available to all our people in all disciplines. Our training programmes are recognised by the ICE, IStructE and CIBSE — the institutions that govern chartership. In all disciplines we offer support, both financial and advisory, for those keen to develop their skills further.
But don't just take our word for it, read what the graduates say.
From day one, a wide range of activities will be open to you: there is a strong internal community. You could take part in the UK's 5-a-side football tournament, join in with or initiate charitable activities, or learn a new language. There are also photographic and design competitions, social events, excursions, weekly presentations, guest speakers, industry events, sports activities and office drinks. We operate a loan system for people wanting to purchase bicycles and in London we have a dedicated bicycle repairman.
The deadline for application for our 2011 intake has now passed. Applications open for the 2012 intake in March 2012, so if you are interested in applying, please return to the site to submit your application then. In the meantime, you could visit our vacancies page to see if any current vacancies match your experience.
Ramboll is an equal opportunities employer.
