Arkwright House is a Grade II Listed building overlooking the prestigious Parsonage Gardens, off Deansgate.

In June 2018 we relocated our 60-strong Manchester team to the penthouse of the refurbished Arkwright House in Manchester city centre. It has floor to ceiling glazing, fantastic views across the city and our fit out provides an environment that reflects our Scandinavian heritage and the energy and friendliness of our local team.

Our multidisciplinary team has operated in Manchester for 20 years and been involved in many amazing local projects, such as the National Graphene Institute, Sir Henry Royce Institute, Manchester Town Hall, John Rylands Library, Irwell City Park, MediaCity footbridge, the energy masterplan for Greater Manchester, the Whitworth Art Gallery and the Greengate Embankment.

We also work closely with our offices in Leeds, Chester, Newcastle and Birmingham to deliver a strong portfolio across the Northern region, including the renowned Paradise development in Birmingham, the recently opened Mersey Gateway crossing in Runcorn, the new Liverpool Cruise Liner Terminal, the Lincolnshire waste-to-energy facility, the award winning Eastgate and Chester City Walls conservation and the John Moores University Design Academy in Liverpool.
