Terry Dobbins

Terry Dobbins joined the practice in 1995, becoming a Director in 2003.

Terry is a UK Director for Buildings & Design, responsible for structural and civil engineering groups in the UK. He leads strategic development and oversees quality, financial and operational performance. He also promotes the work of our UK-based bridges and highways team and liaises with our bridges group worldwide.

Terry's contracting experience has contributed extensively to his success in engineering major civils projects. In particular, he uses his knowledge to ensure that the risks and problems faced by contractors are addressed early in design. He continues to work directly with clients on major city centre developments, schools building programmes and sports and leisure projects, for which he is Ramboll UK's sector leader.

Terry is committed to the development of people at Ramboll UK and heads the training organisation within the company. His activities in this area helped us to achieve Investors in People accreditation and contribute to our reputation as a rewarding place to work.
