Arman Farahmand-Razavi

Arman Farahmand-Razavi joined the practice in late 2006.

With more than 18 years' experience in transport planning, Arman is expert in his field — making the most of available resources for the efficient movement of people and goods in the built environment. He is a transport policy analyst
and freight transport specialist.

Arman works with all types of passenger and freight transport — land, sea and air — contributing his knowledge of these to Ramboll UK's multidisciplinary teams. He brings his understanding of both public policy and the needs of commercial operations to individual projects, helping to unlock the potential of specific sites. He takes a particular interest in issues of policy development, whether local, regional, national or international.

Arman is a member of the Association for European Transport and is involved in transport policy research
at an international level. He is an active advocate for his discipline, promoting the understanding and study of transport planning at university and on programmes of professional development.
