Jon Harding, Highways Market Director
Jon becomes Highways Market Director for Ramboll in the UK, based in our Birmingham office. Jon joins Ramboll from CH2M where he was Client Account Director for Highways England, where his responsibilities included developing and overseeing the implementation of major sales opportunities, establishing and guiding strategic bid teams, and overseeing a varied portfolio of projects ranging from highway management operations to major projects design and strategic consultancy. A chartered civil engineer, Jon has over 25 years’ experience in the sector.

His experience working at the coalface of the highways industry is testament to his depth of knowledge and understanding of the field. Adam Selvey, Director - Building Services
Adam Selvey joins our Building Services team as Director. He will be based in our growing Birmingham office and will further expand our building services team within the region. Adam joins us from WSP, and brings 26 years of experience in the design of Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health services. Adam brings huge experience and passion in sustainable, innovative and digital design solutions and has been responsible for many high-profile projects both in the UK and overseas including; the Birmingham Bull Ring, Liverpool One, The Mall of Egypt, Caspian Water Front in Baku, The Other Place in Stratford-Upon-Avon, the Nou Palau stadium in Barcelona and Yas Arena in Abu Dhabi.
Adam will form part of our Building Services Leadership Team, in the position of Design Excellence Leader. He will be key in further growing our work in the Retail, Leisure, Entertainment and Sports sectors. He will provide leadership and guidance to our UK Building Services team to support our aspirations to expand our established skills in this market. Marianne Sørensen - Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Ramboll Group
Marianne becomes Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Ramboll Group. She replaces Michael Rosenvold who left Ramboll in October. Marianne comes from Maersk Drilling where she was Chief Financial Officer. In total she has more than 25 years of experience from various finance positions in the A.P. Moller - Maersk Group. Marianne has a M.Sc. in Economics from University of Copenhagen. She has received management training at London Business School, Harvard Business School and IMD.
Hilde Tonne - Chief Innovation Officer for Ramboll Group
Hilde becomes Chief Innovation Officer for Ramboll Group. As a new member of the Group Executive Board she will lead the company's digital transformation. Hilde has a strong international track record as a leader in innovation and digitalisation from the telecom and oil and gas sectors. For eight years she was a member of the Group Executive Management of Telenor i.a. as Executive Vice President for Group Industrial Development and as a Deputy Head of the Asia region.
Digitalisation is expected to transform the technical consultancy industry in the coming years, therefore digitalisation plays a key role in Ramboll’s 2020 strategy Winning Together. “We wish to be at the front end of this development which means that we as a company need to transform as well. Hilde is a very experienced executive with broad international career from industries that have been challenged by rapid digital change. She has a strong profile to be leading innovation and digitalisation in Ramboll”, says Group CEO Jens-Peter Saul.
Chris Fry – Director, Infrastructure & Regeneration
A new member for the UK management team, Chris joins E&H from Temple Group, where he was the Managing Director. He will strengthen our growing sustainable infrastructure and regeneration business and help to define the next generation of value adding services for clients. Chris' work will include supporting major transport infrastructure and urban regeneration programmes including those emerging with the new metro Mayors and devolved administrations. He will draw upon a wealth of experience from across rail, highways, energy/renewables, water management and sustainable cities, as well as active involvement in applying innovation to deliver low carbon industries and places.
Nick Howard - Principal Consultant
In another key appointment for Ramboll E&H, Nick joins from AECOM as a UK-based Principal Consultant. With 18 years of experience delivering global transactions and compliance support, Nick will bolster the Division’s compliance, strategy and transaction (CST) provision with a focus on industrial and corporate clients.
