Ramboll at MIPIM 2017

Representatives from across Ramboll’s European Buildings, Environment & Health, Transport and Management Consulting practices will be attending MIPIM in Cannes from 14th - 17th March 2017. We will be supporting the Midlands UK and London Stand delegations.

MIPIM, the world’s leading real estate property event, attracts 23,000 professionals from a variety of backgrounds across the globe. Speakers and attendees range from business services professionals, investors, architects, service suppliers and some of the world’s most influential property players.

Ramboll is once again supporting the London Stand at MIPIM. This year we are also supporting the Midlands UK delegation; a collaboration between towns and cities in the Midlands region represented together for the first time this year.

Nine members of the UK Ramboll team will be joined by 11 colleagues from across Europe, all keen to share ideas and discuss the latest developments across the world. See below for a full participant list.

The team will be showcasing Ramboll’s digital capabilities and expertise in leading city office design, offsite manufacture, sustainable development, environmental impact assessment and liveable city planning.

Lars Ostenfeld Riemann, Executive Director Buildings, is participating in the Smart cities and sustainable regeneration panel discussion on Thursday 16th March at 3:30pm on the Midlands UK stand. The panel will discuss the Midlands' vision for low-carbon development and Lars will draw on Ramboll’s involvement in the development of Nordhavnen, recognised as an international role model for sustainable urban development.

To attend the panel discussion, Smart cities and sustainable regeneration, book your place here.

Supporting the Midlands UK delegation

Ramboll recognises the exciting period of regeneration and development taking place in Birmingham and the wider Midlands region, and is proud to be a part of it. Contributing towards the region’s transformation, Ramboll is working on some of the area’s most prestigious schemes including the redevelopment of Paradise Circus.

Our decision to support the Midlands UK delegation at MIPIM is a demonstration of our continued commitment to the region. In 2017 we will also be investing in larger premises and creating new employment opportunities through the expansion of our  Birmingham operations.
