Ramboll is participating at the Smart Buildings 17 conference, sharing knowledge on how to utilise building data to enhance user experience, optimise building performance and improve health and wellbeing in the workplace.

The rise of interest in smart buildings, wearable technology, big data and the Internet of Things has led to the launch of this exciting new event. Hosted by British Land at their new development, 4 Kingdom Street, Paddington Central, Smart Buildings 17 is a bespoke conference focussing on smart buildings and connected urban environments. Taking place on Tuesday 23rd May the conference will be of interest to senior professionals from corporate real estate, IT, facilities management, HR, Architecture and Design.

Philip Kite, Director, will be discussing how smart buildings can enhance the health and wellbeing of building users. Philip will be exploring ideas on what it is we want to achieve from smart buildings, how we can make better use of the data already collected and what additional data might be useful. Leading industry thinkers from British Land, WORKTECH Academy & Research, CBRE, Microsoft, Deloitte and others will also be presenting alongside Philip, discussing topics including:
